Sarah Ann Ziemba, DVM
General practitioner Dr. Sarah Ann Ziemba has cared for pets at Suburban Animal Hospital since 2007. A Pittsford, NY native, Dr. Ziemba grew up in California.
She completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles and received her Bachelor's Degree in Ecology, Behavior and Evolution, with a minor in Classical Civilization, in 2002. She went on to attend the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Soft tissue surgery is just one of her many professional interests.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Ziemba can most often be found spending time with her fiance, Stephen, and her pets, Harry, a cat, and Sheba, a dog. She enjoys hiking, camping, wakeboarding, cooking vegetarian dishes and singing karaoke in her spare time.
